I really don't care for the word "resolution". Not sure why. That being said, I think it is wise to start off a new year with focus and measurable and obtainable goals. I find that I do much better if I set goals along the way that help get me to some of the end results I'm looking for.
Areas of Focus - High Level
- Activity: Working out in home gym, attending bootcamps, personal training, standing desk and just generally moving more.
- Be Mindful of Hydration: Start off the morning with water and continue throughout the day
- Fuel Body Mindfully: Get back to 20/4 IF schedule, Make the vegetable the focus of dinner, have fun experimenting with new recipes and allow myself to enjoy things such as baking bread.
- Practice Forgiveness (including self): The year has just begun. This is a journey, not a race.
